Which Shipping Services and where can we ship?

We ship domestically using USPS, UPS, and FedEx to almost any location these couriers service. If you encounter an error with the shipping calculator, please email us at support@zephyrsmarket.com for assistance.

Free Shipping Update: Due to rising costs, free shipping now requires a minimum purchase of $89.

For all International orders, we use DHL along with the aforementioned services. We can deliver to almost all countries, with a few exceptions.

When will my order be shipped out?

For items without an Estimated Time of Departure (ETD), we process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

For pre-sales or pre-orders, your order will be processed and shipped according to the ETD provided in your order confirmation email.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

After your order is processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days (delivery times may vary for remote areas).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking number to become active.
