Installation Instructions

Please note that this dust shroud requires minor modification to your sander's table for a secure fit.

Recommended Method (Most Secure)

1. Position the Shroud: Place the dust shroud onto your sander's table, ensuring it is properly aligned.
2. Mark the Holes: Use a pencil or marker to mark the locations for the two mounting holes.
3. Drill and Tap: Carefully drill and tap two holes for #8-32 machine screws.
4. Attach the Shroud: Secure the shroud to the table using two #8-32 machine screws (not included).

Alternative Method (No Modification)

If you prefer not to modify your sander's table, you can use VHB double-sided foam tape for a strong, semi-permanent bond.

1. Clean Surfaces: Thoroughly clean the bottom of the shroud and the corresponding area on the sander's table with a degreaser or alcohol to ensure proper adhesion.
2. Apply Tape: Apply VHB double-sided foam tape to the bottom of the dust shroud.
3. Attach the Shroud: Carefully position and press the shroud firmly onto the sander's table.

Please Note: While the VHB tape method is effective, it may be more difficult to remove the shroud if you need to access the end of the belt.
